The Footprint Picture

 

Booker-T walked over to Midge's house and found her on the front porch looking at a strange picture on some paper.

“What are you looking at?” asked Booker-T.

“I don't know,” said Midge. “I found it in the closet in my owner's bedroom.”

“It looks like a picture of a bunch of footprints,” said Booker-T. “Why does she have a picture of footprints?”

“I don't know,” said Midge. “I don't know what that says at the top of the paper.”

“Hmmm,” said Booker-T staring at it. “I don't either. Maybe Jake can tell us what it says. He can read.”

What Happened To You

 

Midge and Booker-T were sitting on the front porch at Midge's house waiting for Jake and Lucy to come.

"What are we going to do today?" asked Booker-T.

"There you go again," laughed Midge.  "Asking me what we are going to do."

"We are the only two here," said Booker-T.  "Who should I ask?"

"I don't know," said Midge. "We need an event planner."

"What is an event planner?" asked Booker-T. 

The Garden

 

Midge and Booker-T strolled along the sidewalk on their way to Jake's house. 

   "What are we going to do today?" asked Booker-T.

  "I don't know," laughed Midge.  "You always ask me and I don't know sometimes."

  "But sometimes you know," said Booker-T.   "Do you have any ideas for today?"

 "No," said Midge.  "Do you?"

The Funny Toy

 

Midge and Booker-T walked along the sidewalk on their way to Jake's house.  Midge started to walk into the street.

  “Where are you going?” asked Booker-T.

  “I see something laying on that other sidewalk,” said Midge.

  “Another funny animal? Asked Booker-T.

  “No,” said Midge.  “It looks shiny.”

   The two stood looking at the object and walked around it and Midge reached out and touched it with her foot.

   “What is it?” asked Booker-T.

  “I don't know,” said Midge.  “It looks like a bunch of wires.”

What is a Half House

 

   “Midge!” called Snappy.  “Come see.”

   “What is it?”asked Midge as she jumped into the chair.

   “Look outside,” said Snappy.  “It is half a house coming down the street.:

   “Wow,” said Midge. “What happened to the other half?”

   “Do humans live in half a house?” asked Snappy.

   “I don't know,” said Midge.  “I never saw a half house before.  Maybe I should follow the house.”

   “Where is Booker-T?” asked Snappy.
